I pick my Mom's favorite too.........Boston Bibb salad with chopped tomatoes, cuber, red onions and boiled egg drizzled with a Balsamic Vinaigrette. Then a Filet Mignon, (Med-Rare), sauteed sea scallops, grilled asparagus with procuitto, parmasan Cheese and sun dried tomatoes. For Dessert, slightly warmed Triple Wild Berry pie topped with a basic French Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. If I had room, I'd LOVE Harry and David's Moose Munch!
