I'm not 100% sure what net neutrality is?

It's a fancy word for "Fairness Doctrine" and "leveling the playing field" for internet users. The "Fairness Doctrine" was proposed in the '90's to "even up" the airwaves for the Progressives to "compete" against Conservative broadcasting by forcing these outlets to broadcast their opposing viewpoints... even if no one wants to watch/listen to them! Obama's "Redistributive wealth" in the billing for premium internet services seeks to "level the playing field" for the lower income person with a wealthier user by forcing the ISP's to bill "uniformly" despite usage or services provided. Both seek to unfairly control & regulate what we watch and socialize the income of the industry in violation of the First Amendment... or another attempt to "increase the role of government through legislation" (B. Frank) as seen in health care "reform" or "Cap & Trade".
