I am a 25 year old male that is new to scottsdale and arizona?

I find it difficult to find people of both es to hang out with. I am used to college life and this has been a real eye opener. My job is comprised of older people and it is a small company. I would like to find a relationship but, in the meantime, I would like to find a fun group of guys and ladies to go places with and have fun. This isolation is making me extremely homesick. Does anyone have suggestions to ease my way into a new city?
