Is there going to be more domestic terrorism since right wingers don't have as much of a voice in Washington?

During the Clinton administration, ultra right wing folks like Eric Rudolf (Atlanta Olympics Bomber) and Tim McVey (Oklahoma City Bomber) were killing because they didn't like the liberal direction the country was going. There were other abortion doctor killings as well. There were also several attempts on Clinton's life. However, during the Bush years there was no domestic terror or abortion doctor killings.. Do you think it was because these people felt they had a voice?
