12wks, 6dys pregnant, feeling like I need to throw up but can't?
Anyways, it's been keeping me up all night. I have this gut feeling that I need to puke but my body won't let me. I'm debating weather to take gravel or some Ginger ale to sooth it but I hear both are bad? I'm not sure if that's true though. Yesterday I ate astro yoghurt, a grilled cheese and salad and 4 home made chicken strips which where cooked all the way through. I had water all day. I took my prenatal vitamins 2 hours late than I usually do (6:00pm) So maye that has something to do with it? Anyways, how can I get ride of the feeling?
