What do you think of the M girls pledging to get pregnant? Isn't it time we stopped?

wasting tax payer money supporting kids who make the choice to have kids when they can't support themselves? Shouldn't these kids be supported by the grandparents and NOT the tax payer? Wouldn't placing financial repsonsibility on the grandparents cut down the rate of consentual teen pregnancy? Why do so many kids choose to ignore the birth control methods open to them?Should boys be given vasectomies right when they hit puberty that they can have reversed later at their own expense?
