Horrible salvia trip?

last night i attempted to smoke a bowl of 60x salvia out of a bong, but i took 1 monster hit and held it in as long as i could, and i lost conciousness before i even exhaled. i felt like my brain and spine were being ripped out and i was sucked into the floor and couldnt stop doing somersaults (even though i wasnt). something was mocking me, im not sure what it was but it was kind of like one of those card-guys from Alice in Wonderland. gravity was all out of whack, the ceiling became the floor, the walls became the ceiling, everything around me was laughing. it was like i was rolling around on the floor trying to grasp my fleeing consciousness as if it were a flopping fish out of water, while on the moon without a space suit while my surroundings were alive and hostile. when it went away, i was trembling and sweaty all over. the change in my pocket felt like 200 huge ship anchors weighing me down. it was such a horrible experience. if i smoke it again, will everything be all ****** up again or is there any chance of having a pleasant trip?
