Which one is better: ITIL or Cisco Certification?

I know that these are two distinct fields and that many of you you will asnwer me, depending on what you like. Well, I like both and I am at the position of either continueing with the Cisco security certifcation or ITIL certification. My decision is based on which one is a higher demand and which one is higher paid? Please share you advice or experience thannnnk you
