Music copyright violation and video uploading?

I have tried before to upload a video made containing a song owned by whatever the hell those people are called and, consequently, the upload was denied from sites like youtube, myspace, and facebook. Is there any way to byp a sites detection of the song? Or is there even a site that doesn't give to shits who the song belongs to? Thanks.
