Is this a bladder infection still?

i always gets uti's from and about 3 months ago i got a low grade one so didnt bother getting antibiotics, anyway it got progressively more annoying (main symptom being twinges)..went to doctor and they found bacteria in my culture so got antibiotics, took them 2 weeks ago but still experiencing twinges mildly. could this be the aftermath of a long uti or could it be something else?
