Is my mom on menopause ? how can i have a better relationship with her?

hi i love my mom really but lately she snaps at me in the worst ways possible i only live with her im 20 and my parents are divorced for more than 10 years she makes me feel like **** i just ask her for a broom and she snapped and scream until i was left crying and feeling horrible about myself for the things she said what can i do? i dont even know how to approach her anymore
