Is it wise to travel abroad for 3 months if you suffer with depression?

hi it is imprtant i travel with my husband and son to china for 3 months at the end of this year and i am a depression suffere but am taking my medication diligently so would it be ok if i got my tablets for the duration of the holiday abd travek abroad with my husband and child?
