If Obama were elected.....?

and it was found that he was not a natural born citizen or is a naturalized citizen, would Biden be able to take over? My opinion..... if Obama was not eligible to run then Biden should not be eligible to take over? Anyone else's opinion..... or does anyone know the legality of it?
