Bots keep adding me on Windows Live Messenger?

yeah i have had 1 of them too the address to look out for is aleasebietsch68@hotmail.com i know it is a bot cause everytime i type something the wrong reply comes back and has nothing to do with what i just said in my message and yes was asking for adult cam.
