11 Month old not sleeping thru the night. HELP!!!!!?

She is almost 11 months old, and is not sleeping thru the night. She goes to sleep very easy at night, But wakes like every hour, and will just take a sip or two of her bottle, then fall back to sleep and it is like and hour later she does it again. But she does her beest sleeping at 6am and will sleep for 5 or 6 hour. I have got her and she will play thinking that if i do that she will sleep better at night, but it doest help, i have tried to limit her naps, but that does'nt work, it is like she has her days and nights mixed up, and we are going crazy.
